This Addendum supplements issosmart’s main Terms and Conditions. In case of any conflict between this Addendum and the main Terms and Conditions, this Addendum will prevail for matters related to the Development Cluster.

1. What is the Development Cluster?

The Development Cluster is a programme where selected clients help us trial new features – currently, our new Implementation Video series. Over approximately 6–7 months, you’ll receive early access to these videos and provide regular feedback to support their development.

2. What’s Included?

• • 50% discount on your first annual subscription (annual payment required).
  • Early access to our new Implementation Videos.
  • Direct influence on product development through feedback.

3. Participation Requirements

• • Complete a monthly feedback survey.
  • Attend one online feedback session per month (via Microsoft Teams).

These actions are essential to remain eligible for the discount. If you do not complete either requirement in any given month:

• • We will notify you in writing.
  • Your 50% discount will be removed.
    
  • The standard subscription price will apply from the date of non-compliance for the remainder of your term.

4. Payment Terms

• • This offer is only available to customers who pay annually upfront.
  • Monthly payment options are not available within the Development Cluster.

5. Leaving the Development Cluster

You may leave the Development Cluster at any time by notifying us in writing (via email). If you leave early:

• • The 50% discount will be removed.
  • You will be invoiced for the difference between the discounted and standard subscription price for the remaining period of your 12-month subscription.

6. Programme Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Development Cluster at any time with 30 days’ notice. If the programme ends, your subscription will continue under the terms of our main Terms and Conditions.

7. Feedback Usage

By participating, you grant issosmart a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide during your participation in the Development Cluster for product development and business purposes.

8. Data Protection

Your data is not used for testing, and no additional data sharing occurs as part of your participation in the Development Cluster. Our handling of your data remains governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Subscription Terms

Your subscription remains subject to a 12-month minimum term, with automatic renewal unless cancelled in accordance with our main Terms and Conditions.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for the Development Cluster, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Addendum in addition to our main Terms and Conditions.
